The short version
- Sending a booking request doesn't reserve your date. It's booked once we confirm it with you.
- Your quote or confirmation spells out your price, deposit, cancellation, and delivery details.
- While the machine is at your event, please take good care of it. You're responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
- Machines arrive alcohol-free. If you add alcohol, it's your responsibility, and it's only for guests 21 and older.
Who we are
SlushFun is operated by Saw Tech Solutions LLC, a Texas company (“SlushFun,” “we,” and “us”). By using this website or renting from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or book a rental.
Using this website
- The site gives general information about our machines, flavors, and service. Availability, flavors, and pricing can change, and the details in your quote or confirmation are what count.
- Please give us real, accurate information in our forms, and don't use them to send spam or anything harmful.
- The SlushFun name, logo, penguin mascot, photos, and text on this site belong to us. Please don't copy them without asking.
- Links to Facebook and Instagram go to sites we don't control. Their own terms apply there.
Booking requests
- A request sent through the website, by phone, text, or email is just a request. Your date is booked only after we confirm it with you directly.
- Your price, any deposit, cancellation and rescheduling rules, and delivery and setup details are as stated in your quote or confirmation. If they differ from anything on this website, your quote or confirmation wins.
- We may decline a request, for example if the date is already taken or the location doesn't work for us.
Taking care of the machine
- We deliver, set up, and show you how to use the machine. Please use it only the way we show you.
- Don't move, open up, repair, or change the machine yourself. If something doesn't seem right, call or text us at (940) 268-1215.
- From delivery until pickup, you're responsible for the machine and anything that came with it, including damage beyond normal wear and tear, and loss or theft.
- An adult should keep an eye on kids around the machine.
- If anyone has food allergies, ask us about the mix ingredients before your event.
Alcohol
Our machines and mixes arrive alcohol-free, and SlushFun doesn't sell, provide, or serve alcohol. If you choose to add alcohol, you're fully responsible for it. Serve it only to guests 21 and older, follow Texas law, and please make sure nobody drinks and drives.
No promises
We work hard to make every rental go smoothly, but this website and our service are offered “as is.” As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or unexpected losses from using this site or our rentals, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the rental in question.
Changes and the law
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top first. These terms follow the laws of the State of Texas.
