The short version
- We only collect what you type into our forms: your email for launch updates, and your contact and event details when you request a booking.
- We use it to answer you and to plan and confirm your rental. That's it.
- We never sell your information, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
- Want to see, fix, or delete what we have? Email info@slushfun.biz.
Who we are
SlushFun rents frozen drink machines for parties and events, at slushfun.biz. SlushFun is operated by Saw Tech Solutions LLC, a Texas company (“we” and “us”). Questions about this policy go to info@slushfun.biz or (940) 268-1215.
What we collect
- Launch updates: if you sign up to hear when booking opens, we save the email address you enter.
- Booking requests: when booking is open, the request form asks for your name, phone number, email, event date, event type, and flavor choices, plus anything you add in the notes box (like guest count or a delivery address).
- Messages you send us: if you call, text, or email us, we have whatever you share, like your number, email address, and message.
We don't ask for payment details on this website.
The email app step
When you join the launch list, the site also opens your own email app with a short note to info@slushfun.biz, already filled in with your email address. Nothing is sent unless you press send. If you do, we receive it like any other email, including your name and address as your email app shows them.
How we use it
- To reply to you and let you know when booking opens.
- To check availability, send a quote, confirm your booking, and plan delivery, setup, and pickup.
- To keep basic records of the rentals we've done.
We don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't use it for anyone else's marketing.
Where it's stored and who can see it
Form submissions are saved in a database run by Supabase, which stores it on its secure servers for us. The website itself can only add new submissions; it can't read them back, so other visitors can never see what you sent. Only the SlushFun team can view submissions.
We share information only with the services that run the site for us (listed below), or if the law requires it.
Services this site uses
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Vercel Web Analytics counts page visits, like which pages were viewed, the country, and the type of device and browser. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify who you are.
- Supabase stores form submissions, as described above.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr deliver the site's fonts and a piece of code the forms use. Like any website, they receive your browser's standard request information (such as your IP address) when they send those files.
- Facebook and Instagram are only links. Nothing from them loads on this site unless you click through, and then their own privacy policies apply.
Cookies
This site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't use tools that follow you around the web.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we have about you, or take you off the launch list, at any time. Just email info@slushfun.biz or call (940) 268-1215. We keep booking details only as long as we need them to handle your rental and keep our business records.
Kids
Kids are welcome at the party, but this website is meant for adults planning an event. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us their information, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page and the date at the top first.
